Sports massage is a specialised massage technique that is specifically adapted to the needs of athletes and physically active people. It relaxes the muscles, stimulates regeneration and prevents injuries. Whether before training to activate or after intensive exercise to relax - sports massage increases performance and helps the muscles to regenerate more quickly.
Especially warmer climates like Mallorca can lead to swollen, heavy legs. Manual lymphatic drainage helps to treat this - gentle movements stimulate the lymph flow, relieve the body and noticeably improve well-being. Ideal in the heat, for regeneration or simply to switch off.
A full body massage is a pleasure for the whole body.

The session starts with a back treatment, followed by a massage of the legs and arms, and is rounded off with a facial massage. This can be individually adapted to each client.
Due to the release of the hormone oxytocin, the massage has a longer lasting effect.
Japanese facial massage, to many known as "Kobido massage", is a traditional technique used to improve skin quality and reduce wrinkles.
The massage is also known as a ‘non-surgical facelift’. It relaxes the facial muscles, promotes blood circulation and stimulates the lymphatic drainage.

my story
About me
Diana Müller
I am originally from the Northern part of Germany, and have been living in Mallorca since 2004.
In 1997-2000, I trained to become a massage therapist at the Rheumatism Clinic in Aachen/Germany and the University Clinic in Cologne/Germany. The full-time training ran for 2.5 years, during which time I worked in the different departments of the clinics.
Afterwards, I worked in orthopaedics at the St. Joseph Hospital in Bonn Beuel.
I completed further training as a manual lymph drainage and oedema therapist at the Asdonk School in Berlin/Germany from 2001-2002.
